Diamond Dynamics!
$20 per child
Diamond Dynamics baseball clinic delivers baseball specific training focused on mobility, injury prevention, stabilization, explosiveness, and muscle awareness. This one-day event will allow you and your athlete to learn first-hand what they can be doing on their own this season. You can expect first-hand demonstration and explanation of the take home program each athlete will receive at the conclusion of the informative session.
